Dr. Shakira Espada-Campos is a strategic consultant and executive advisor with more than 20 years of experience partnering with organizations navigating complex change across public, private, and academic systems. Her work centers on helping leaders translate behavioral science and human-centered design into practical strategies that strengthen organizational performance, culture, and workforce resilience. She is known for leading enterprise-level advisory engagements that support organizational transformation, leadership development, and workforce sustainability.

Dr. Espada-Campos brings a systems-informed approach to her consulting, with a proven ability to scale initiatives, align cross-functional stakeholders, and embed equity, adaptability, and well-being into organizational design and change efforts. As a trusted advisor to executive leaders, Dr. Espada-Campos supports organizations seeking durable, measurable outcomes rather than short-term solutions. Her consulting work integrates organizational strategy, change management, and leadership performance, grounded in a deep understanding of human behavior and the realities of complex institutional environments.
