Dr. Shakira Espada-Campos is a strategic consultant and executive advisor with more than 20 years of experience partnering with organizations navigating complex change across public, private, and academic systems. She is known for leading enterprise-level advisory engagements that support organizational transformation, leadership development, and workforce sustainability.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida, Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Georgia, and her Doctor of Clinical Social Work (DSW) from the
University of Pennsylvania. She currently resides in Northern Virginia and is clinically licensed to practice in Connecticut,
Washington, and Virginia.
