I'm so glad you’ve taken the first steps by visiting my website and exploring what I offer. I maintain a virtual office-based private practice in Northern Virginia, providing mental health services through a secure and encrypted telemental health platform. While that may sound complicated, it simply means that we meet face-to-face using an online private office for convenient online counseling. This approach allows me to provide virtual therapy to clients in states where I am licensed (CT, VA, WA) and is especially beneficial for new clients who may not feel comfortable going into a traditional office setting.
To avoid financial issues that might arise, I recommend all my clients begin by contacting their insurance company regarding their mental health benefits, ahead of our first session, to understand their out-of-network mental health benefits.
I am not in-network with any insurance companies or benefit programs. This allows me to focus fully on your care without the constraints insurance panels often place on treatment length, frequency, or approach. As a result, you are responsible for the fee at the time of our appointment.
I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can send to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. This form will show the services provided, billing codes, and any additional information you might need. Please note that reimbursement from your insurance company may only be a portion of what you have paid for services.
Sometimes we just need to be heard. Connecting with someone who can listen to our story and offer a different perspective, grounded in compassion and empathy, is essential. Through my mental health services, I can provide the online counseling you need to process life's challenges in a supportive and non-judgemental way. Together, we can navigate this journey through virtual therapy.
I work with people who have spent years driving outcomes, building careers or businesses, meeting external expectations and are now ready to pause, reflect, and intentionally shape what comes next. Whether navigating a leadership transition, entrepreneurial evolution, career shift, personal reinvention, or a significant life change, I hold space for thoughtful recalibration and growth.
Many who arrive at this point are no longer asking how to do more, but how to live and work in ways that are sustainable, aligned, and true to who they are becoming. What is often needed is confidential, thoughtful, and grounded space to examine values, boundaries, identity, legacy, and well-being.
